Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • 1/3 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/3 cup dark corn syrup
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup salted peanuts
  • 1 (9 inch) pie shell

Method

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees (190 degrees C).
  • In a large bowl, beat eggs until light.
  • Gradually add peanut butter, sugar, light and dark corn syrups, melted butter, and vanilla.
  • Mix well.
  • Fold in peanuts.
  • Pour into crust.
  • Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 30 to 35 minutes or until set.
  • Cool before serving.
