Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/3 cup white sugar
- 1/3 cup light corn syrup
- 1/3 cup dark corn syrup
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup salted peanuts
- 1 (9 inch) pie shell
Method
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees (190 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, beat eggs until light.
- Gradually add peanut butter, sugar, light and dark corn syrups, melted butter, and vanilla.
- Mix well.
- Fold in peanuts.
- Pour into crust.
- Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 30 to 35 minutes or until set.
- Cool before serving.
