Ingredients
- 8 lb. pears
- 2 c. crushed pineapple
- 8 c. sugar
Method
- Peel, core and chop pears with food chopper.
- Add crushed pineapple and sugar.
- Gradually bring to a boil and cook until thick (about 25 to 30 minutes).
- Stir frequently to prevent burning.
- Place in jars and seal.
- Delicious on toast or between homemade biscuits.
