Ingredients
- 1 pkg. pears
- 5 green bell peppers
- 5 red bell peppers
- 5 large onions
- 5 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 hot peppers
- 5 c. vinegar
Method
- Grind pears through coarse food chopper; let drip until excess juice is removed.
- Grind peppers and onions; combine all ingredients.
- Bring to boil; cook 20 minutes.
- Fill jars and seal.
