Ingredients
- 8 oz. macaroni shells, boiled and drained
- 2 1/2 c. cooked peas
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 c. oil (salad or olive)
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 c. parsley, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- pepper
Method
- Saute onion and garlic in oil and margarine.
- Add shells, peas, parsley, salt and pepper and mix well.
- Put in casserole. Cover and bake in a moderate oven at 350° for 15 minutes.
- Serves 8.
