Ingredients
- 1 (9-inch) pie crust
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. dark corn syrup
- 1 Tbsp. soft butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. pecans
Method
- Blend sugar, flour and syrup.
- Add butter.
- Mix well.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla and pecans.
- Mix well.
- Pour into unbaked pie shell.
- Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 375°.
