Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. shortening
- 3/4 c. milk
Method
- Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
- Cut in with pastry blender the shortening.
- Add milk.
- Mix quickly and lightly.
- Turn dough out onto a lightly floured board.
- Knead for 1/2 minute.
- Roll out into rectangle, 10 x 12-inch.
