Ingredients
- 3/4 c. wine vinegar
- 1/3 c. granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 3/4 tsp. pepper
- 3 medium size cucumbers, sliced thin
- 2 small onions, sliced thin
Method
- In a large bowl, combine 1/4 cup of water with all ingredients. Peel cucumbers and cut very thin slices.
- Add to bowl and toss very well.
- Refrigerate, covered, for at least 3 hours before serving.
