Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter
- 5 eggs
- 1 box graham crackers
- 1 can coconut
- 1 can crushed, drained pineapple (save juice)
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Mix butter, sugar, eggs, milk, baking powder, coconut, nuts and pineapple.
- Crush graham crackers and mix.
- Grease pan and flour.
- Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
- Check with a straw or toothpick.
- Let cool and pour pineapple juice over cake and make icing.
