Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped green onions
- 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Method
- Stir cream cheese to soften.
- When soft, place all ingredients in a bowl with the cream cheese (except for 1 cup of nuts).
- Mix together.
- Shape into large ball.
- Roll cheese ball in the remaining cup of nuts.
- Refrigerate.
