Ingredients
- 4 loin chops (1-inch thick)
- 1 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
- 2/3 c. dry sherry (water)
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary leaves, crushed
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Method
- Combine all ingredients, except pork chops; mix well.
- Place chops in shallow dish.
- Pour in marinade.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally.
- Remove chops from marinade and grill (or broil) over medium hot coals 5 to 6 minutes per side, turning and basting with marinade.
- Discard marinade or boil for 2 to 3 minutes to use as sauce.
