Ingredients
- 1 box yellow butter cake mix (Duncan Hines, no substitutions)
- 1 box pistachio pudding 3.4 oz.
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream or plain yogurt
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/4 c. water
- cinnamon and sugar to taste
Method
- Mix well all ingredients except cinnamon and sugar.
- In two separate greased bread pans, divide half of batter into two pans. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
- Pour in rest of batter into both pans and sprinkle again.
- Bake at 350° for 30-40 mins.
- Delicious and super simple!
