Ingredients
- 3 lb. ground chuck
- 1/2 lb. grated sharp Cheddar
- 1/2 lb. grated Mozzarella
- 1/2 Tbsp. salt (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 qt. prepared spaghetti sauce
Method
- Brown meat and drain off excess fat.
- Mix remaining ingredients with browned meat.
- Spread mixture on a half hamburger bun.
- Bake at 350° for about 10 minutes or until bubbly.
