Ingredients
- 1 cup plum jam
- 12 cup chutney (any kind but you want a fairly strong flavor)
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 12 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan, cook over medium heat, make sure it is well blended and bubbling.
- Pour into a sterilized jar & refrigerate.
