Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. fine cracker crumbs
- 1 c. chopped onions
- salt and pepper to taste
- flour
- vegetable oil or shortening
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery or cream of mushroom soup
- 1 soup can water
Method
- Mix together ground beef, cracker crumbs, onions, salt and pepper.
- Press into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
- Cover and chill several hours or overnight.
- Cut in squares.
- Flour both sides and brown in a small amount of oil.
