Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. rice (long grain)
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. salt and pepper
Method
- Mix beef, rice and onion in a bowl.
- After well mixed, make small balls.
- Heat paste, soup and sauce with water until boiling. Drop balls in; allow to cook, covered, stirring occasionally for about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
