Ingredients
- 4 pork chops, 1 inch thick
- 2 medium apples, peeled cored and sliced
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- salt and pepper
Method
- In skillet, brown pork chops quickly; drain well.
- Arrange a layer of sliced apples in crock pot, then a layer of pork chops; repeat.
- Dot with butter; sprinkle with nutmeg.
- Cook on low 7-9 hours.
