- 2 lb. Southern style hash brown potatoes
- 4 c. Rice Chex, crushed
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. onion
- 1 stick butter
Method
- Mix sour cream and soup.
- Add onion, cheese and hash browns (uncooked).
- Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Mix Chex with butter. Pour over top.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour.
