Ingredients
- 2 lb. hash browns, thawed
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. dried onions
Method
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Pour into sprayed casserole dish.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
- Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
