Ingredients
- 2 lb. frozen thawed hashbrowns
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 2 c. or 10 oz. shredded sharp cheese
Method
- Combine all ingredients.
- Put in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs or crushed potato chips.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
