Ingredients
- 1 (2 lb bag) shredded hash browns
- 1 (10 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 2 (8 oz) sour cream
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. melted margarine
- 1 (8 oz) sharp cheddar cheese
- crushed corn flakes
Method
- Mix all ingredients except corn flakes.
- Pour into a 9x13 inch casserole dish and top with crushed corn flakes.
- Pour margarine over top.
- Bake uncovered at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
- A few dashes of tabasco sauce gives it some spice.
