Ingredients
- 1 c. butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. potato chips, crushed
- 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
- 2 c. flour
Method
- In mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar.
- Add vanilla.
- Stir in potato chips and chopped nuts.
- Add flour.
- Blend well.
- Form into small balls with hands.
- Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Flatten with floured glass.
- Bake at 350° for 12 minutes.
- Makes about 3 1/2 dozen.
