Ingredients
- 2 potatoes, grated or riced
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 medium egg
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Grate or rice potatoes.
- Pat dry with a paper towel.
- Mix rest of ingredients together.
- Heat skillet to medium-high heat; add oil to coat.
- Drop by rounded tablespoonful.
- Cook 1 to 2 minutes. Turn and cook 1 minute longer.
- Serve immediately.
