Ingredients
- 2 cups grated raw potatoes
- 12 cup grated cheese
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 cup milk or 1 cup cream
- 8 cups boiling water
- 2 cups broth
- 3 tablespoons butter
- chopped parsley
Method
- Mix potatoes, cheese, flour, salt and pepper, and enough cream or milk to make a rather thick mush.
- Add boiling water and bouillon and butter; simmer slowly for about 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle chopped parsley over when serving.
