Ingredients
- 3 cans potato soup
- green onions
- celery
- 1 can Shoe Peg corn
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 pkg. frozen popcorn shrimp
- salt and pepper
- garlic salt
- 2 cans water
Method
- Saute onions and celery.
- Mix soup, water and corn.
- Add onions and celery.
- Add cream cheese and simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Add shrimp last few minutes.
