Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/3 to 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cans red beans, rinsed
- 2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 2/3 Tbsp. chili powder
Method
- Brown meat and onion; add beans, water, tomato sauce, salt and chili powder.
- Simmer 20 minutes.
- Add extra water if needed.
