Ingredients
- 4 large pork chops
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 onion
- white sauce
Method
- Brown chops on one side, turn and cover with potatoes and onion.
- Add white sauce.
- Cover and cook over medium heat until potatoes are tender.
- May use pressure cooker on medium heat for 10 minutes.
- Serves 4.
