Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 8 oz. avocado dip
  • 1 c. black olives
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped fresh tomatoes
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 4 or 5 green onions, chopped
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. green chilies (optional)

Method

  • Spread refried beans in 9 x 13-inch casserole.
  • Mix sour cream, taco seasoning and mayonnaise.
  • Cover the beans and continue to layer ingredients in order listed.
  • Cover and refrigerate.
