Ingredients
- 1 pkg. raspberry Jell-O (3 oz.)
- 2 c. hot water
- 3/4 c. cranberry cocktail juice
- 1 c. diced apples
- 1/4 c. sliced celery
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
- 1/4 c. nuts
- 4 1/2 oz. Cool Whip
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
Method
- Dissolve raspberry Jell-O in 1 cup hot water.
- Add cranberry juice cocktail and chill until thickened (1 hour).
- Fold in apples, celery and nuts.
- Spoon into 6 cup mold and chill until set, about 15 minutes.
- Dissolve lemon Jell-O in remaining boiling water. Chill until slightly thickened, about 1 hour.
- Combine Cool Whip and mayonnaise; fold in Jell-O (lemon).
- Spoon on top of other mixture.
- Chill until firm, at least 4 hours.
- Unmold.
- Good.
