- 1 Pineapple
Method
- Cut the leaves and the bottom part off of the pineapple.
- Cut the fruit into 8 parts, lengthwise.
- Remove the skin like in the picture and cut the fruit into bite-sized pieces.
- Freeze in the freezer for 2 hours.
- After it's frozen, blend in a food processor for a minute until smooth.
- If it's too soft, freeze it for 1 more hour.
- Serve in a bowl and enjoy.
