Ingredients
- 4 scoops vanilla Carte D'Or, Light Ice Cream, 100g/200ml
- 2 papayas small
- 2 limes
- 4 teaspoons hazelnuts chopped roasted
Method
- Slice each papaya in half and remove the seeds.
- Squeeze the juice of half a lime over each papaya half.
- Scoop a ball of Carte D'Or Vanilla Ice Cream in to each papaya half.
- Sprinkle with the chopped roasted hazelnuts.
- Serve immediately.
