Ingredients
- 250 ml Whey from strained yogurt
- 200 ml Additive-free Soy Milk
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
Method
- In a measuring cup, add whey (about the amount you'd get in a 500 ml cup of yogurt) and all the other ingredients.
- Put it in a ziplock bag and put it in the freezer for 4-5 hours.
- (After 2 hours, remove and mush a little.)
- Serve in a dish and you're done (Top with fruit if you available).
- You can alternatively make them bite-sized using an ice cube tray.
