Ingredients

  • 250 ml Whey from strained yogurt
  • 200 ml Additive-free Soy Milk
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice

Method

  • In a measuring cup, add whey (about the amount you'd get in a 500 ml cup of yogurt) and all the other ingredients.
  • Put it in a ziplock bag and put it in the freezer for 4-5 hours.
  • (After 2 hours, remove and mush a little.)
  • Serve in a dish and you're done (Top with fruit if you available).
  • You can alternatively make them bite-sized using an ice cube tray.
