Ingredients
- 1 can corned beef or 1 lb. deli
- 1/2 c. Thousand Island dressing
- 1 can sauerkraut, drained
- 6 slices rye bread, cut in cubes
- 1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
- 1/2 c. margarine, melted
Method
- Crumble corned beef into greased 12 x 8-inch glass pan. Spread with dressing and sauerkraut.
- Cover with cheese.
- Toss crumbled bread with melted margarine.
- Sprinkle on top.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
