Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 3/4 c. uncooked oats
- 1 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 4 c. sliced rhubarb
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Mix first 5 ingredients until crumbly.
- Press into 9-inch pan using 1/2 of crumbs. Top with rhubarb.
- In a small saucepan combine remaining ingredients.
- Bring to a boil; boil 3 minutes. Mixture will be thick and clear.
- Pour over rhubarb.
- Bake 1 hour at 350°.
