Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. cold margarine
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. cold milk
Method
- Chop first 5 ingredients in a blender or processor.
- Add milk. Makes a stiff dough.
- Roll to 12 x 10-inch rectangle.
- Spread with 2 tablespoons soft margarine, 2 cups finely chopped rhubarb and 1/2 cup sugar.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg.
- Roll up from long side.
- Cut in 12 one-inch slices.
