Ingredients
- 5 c. rhubarb, finely cut
- 4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. jello
Method
- Put rhubarb and sugar together; let stand overnight.
- It will make its own juice.
- Stir occasionally.
- The next morning, put on stove and boil 5 minutes.
- Take from stove and stir in jello.
- (You can also use 3 cups rhubarb with 2 cups strawberries in place of 5 cups rhubarb.)
