- 2 cups 35% cream
- 2 14 cups brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons corn syrup
- Grease a 10x7 inch pan.
- In a pot, mix all ingredients.
- Bring to a boil and cook at medium heat for about 20 minutes.
- Remove from stove and let fudge cool for 10 minutes.
- Whip at high speed for 5 minutes.
- Spread in pan.
- Cover and let it cool for several hours.
- Cut and serve.
