Ingredients
- 3 c. cooked rice
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 or 2 dashes hot pepper sauce
Method
- Combine rice, sour cream, hot pepper sauce and 1/2 cup of grated cheese.
- Spoon into a buttered 1-quart baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
- Makes 4 servings.
