Ingredients
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup long grain rice
- 12 cup sliced raw carrot
- 12 cup broccoli, tips
- salt & pepper
Method
- Add rice to broth (or water) and bring to a boil.
- When boiling, add vegetables & seasoning, return to boil; reduce heat.
- Simmer for approx 20 min (until water is absorbed, rice is tender).
