Ingredients
- 2 crumpets
- 2 tablespoons ricotta cheese
- 1 pear, thinly sliced
- 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon sultanas (golden raisins)
- pinch ground cinnamon (optional)
Method
1. Put the crumpets in a toaster. Toast until golden. Spread with the ricotta cheese.
2. Top the crumpets with slices of the pear. Drizzle with the honey. Sprinkle with the sultanas and cinnamon.
