Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup apple
  • 1/4 cup pears
  • 1 (8 oz.) BREYERS Lowfat Yogurt
  • 1 cup pound cake mix
  • COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Method

  • Dissolve 1 package gelatin in 1 cup boiling water; stir in cold water.
  • Refrigerate until slightly thickened.
  • Arrange apple and pear slices in bottom of 6-cup ring mold.
  • Spoon gelatin over fruit; set aside.
  • Dissolve remaining gelatin in remaining boiling water; stir in yogurt.
  • Refrigerate until slightly thickened.
  • Stir in cake cubes.
  • Spoon mixture over clear gelatin layer.
  • Refrigerate until firm, about 4 hours.
  • Unmold onto serving dish to serve.
