Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground sausage
  • 1 packages 32oz frozen diced hashbrowns
  • 1 packages shredded cheese
  • 8 eggs

Method

  • Cook sausage and drain
  • Spray 9x13 pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Preheat oven to 425
  • Pour package of frozen cubed hashbrowns in the pan
  • Add onions or peppers to taste
  • Pour sausage evenly over the top of the hashbrowns and top with as little or as much shredded cheese as you like.
  • Beat 8 eggs in a bowl and pour evenly over the shredded cheese
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes.
  • If the cheese is getting too brown, place aluminum foil over the top for the remaining cooking time.
  • My kids love this with a side of cottage cheese :) Yum!
