Ingredients
- 3 to 4 lb. beef chuck roast
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. water
Method
- Place meat in 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.
- Combine soup mix, mushroom soup and water.
- Pour mixture over meat and cover securely with aluminum foil.
- Bake at 350° for 3 hours.
