Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lb. ground chuck
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese
- 3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 1/4 c. milk
- 8 oz. macaroni
Method
- Mix ground beef gently with egg, crumbs, milk, salt and pepper.
- Shape into medium-sized meatballs and put into greased baking dish.
- Bake at 375° for 15 minutes.
