Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can vege-burger (your choice)
- 1 c. mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 c. diced onion
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/3 bell pepper, slivered (1/2-inch length)
Method
- Mix 1/3 can cream of mushroom soup, burger, crumbs, onion, peppers, egg and mushrooms.
- Shape 6 to 8 solid patties.
- Heat in hot oil.
- Turn until brown.
- Heat remainder of soup and spoon onto plate placing steak patties on top.
- Great entree.
