Ingredients
- 1 lb. sausage
- 1 c. onion
- 3 c. water
- 3 c. Minute rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 c. Velveeta cheese, sliced
- garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Brown sausage; drain.
- Add onion; cook until tender.
- Stir in water and oregano.
- Bring to boil.
- Stir in rice and parsley. Cover and remove from heat.
- Let stand for 5 minutes; fluff with fork.
- Stir in cheese and mushroom soup.
- Heat until cheese is melted.
