Ingredients
- 3/4 lb. bulk sausage
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 slices bread, cut into 1/4-inch squares
- 1 c. shredded cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Method
- Cook sausage; drain.
- Combine eggs, milk, bread, cheese, mustard and salt and add to sausage.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until set in center. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
- Nice made in round dish and cut like pie.
