Ingredients
- 4 slices bread
- 1 c. grated sharp cheese
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
- 6 eggs, beaten
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Break bread up into pieces and put in 9 x 9-inch casserole dish.
- Put sausage over bread and then sprinkle cheese on top. Mix eggs and milk together and pour mixture over bread and meat. Let set overnight in refrigerator.
- Bake at 350° until cheese comes to top.
