- 2 sticks butter or margarine
- 2 lb. lean ground meat
- 2 lb. Hillshire beef sausage
- 2 cans Campbell's French onion soup
- 2 cans Campbell's beef bouillon soup
- 2 cans (15 oz.) Hunt's tomato sauce
- 1 bunch shallots
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped fine
- 2 bell peppers, chopped fine
- 2 boxes Uncle Ben's converted rice
Method
- Spray large pan with Pam.
- Brown ground meat and drain well. Cut sausage into small pieces.
- Melt butter and mix all ingredients well.
- Cover pan real well with foil and bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.
- Stir well and continue to cook for 1 hour.
