Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. pork sausage (bulk)
- 18 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 c. sharp Cheddar cheese (12 oz.)
- 3 c. garlic onion croutons
- 18 tomato slices
Method
- Cook and drain sausage.
- Place sausage in greased baking dish (13 x 9-inch).
- Beat eggs, milk and salt.
- Stir in cheese.
- Pour egg mixture over sausage.
- Sprinkle croutons on top.
- Bake, uncovered, 45 to 50 minutes.
- Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
