Ingredients
- 1 c. green pepper strips
- 1 c. red pepper strips
- 1 c. mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 c. sliced onion
- 2 T. olive oil
- 1/2 t. Italian seasoning
- Dash pepper
- Dash garlic powder
Method
- Combine the vegetables in a 2-quart casserole. Add the remaining ingredients. Cover and microwave on high 4-6 minutes or until the peppers are crisp-tender. Stir once or twice during cooking. Makes 3-4 servings.
